Jon grew up attending San Gabriel Community Church (starting in the 4th grade) and has been attending regularly since 1986.
He met his wife Chesed while attending SGCC and they have been happily married since 2006.
Jon has served in many capacities over the years including Sunday school teacher, camp counselor, event hospitality and church deacon. He served alongside his wife in many of these areas.
Jon worked in the private sector for more than 20 years before being called to work in ministry. He holds a business degree from USC and has been the Operations Manager for the campus since 2015.
His main areas of responsibility include finance, human resources, technology and campus operations.
He currently serves as a member of the Church and School Finance Committees, School Board, School Development Committee, School Technology Committee, and Campus Master Plan Committee.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. He loves being surrounded by nature and will often spend time with Chesed in Yosemite and Mammoth. One of his favorite authors is C.S. Lewis and his favorite book series is The Chronicles of Narnia.
